Rola El-Roz

Lead Educational Consultant

Rola El-Roz is a certified educator with a Specialized Honours B.Sc. and Bachelor of Education with qualifications in Mathematics and Geography. She is also qualified in Special Education, ESL, and Montessori education.

With experience across public and private schools in Canada and internationally—including the American School of Dubai— Rola specializes in supporting students with diverse learning needs, executive functioning challenges, and social-emotional development.

She is known for building strong, trusting relationships with students, families, and colleagues, and her work is grounded in evidence-based practice and close collaboration, reflecting her belief that every child thrives when instruction is strengths-based, personalized, and emotionally supportive.
